Automotive Service Advisor
*BUSY FORD DEALERSHIP SEEKING AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR*
Service advisors will be responsible for welcoming customers warmly upon arrival and obtaining detailed information in regard to their service needs. They will explain the nature of work performed and all costs to the customer in a clear and concise manner at the completion of the service. Each advisor must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. They are responsible for arranging appointment times and following up with customers in regard to their repairs.
Flexible schedules available. Competitive earning potential. CDK knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Prior customer service is required. Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
