Sales BDC Manager
Our company is searching for an experienced, professional BDCManager to help us continue the department’s success. Strong customer serviceskills and the ability to assist in building and representing the brand arenecessary.
The BDC Manager is responsible for coaching Internet SalesRepresentatives on the sales process to drive a high level of performance andachieve sales goals. They will oversee all interactions with potential buyersthrough digital media and manage follow-ups. Ideal candidates will behighly proficient in the use of digital media, including but not limited tophones, email, text, and CRM tools.
The BDC Manager should be able to lead by example and set clearexpectations to engage and motivate the team.
Additional duties include overseeing website and lead providersto ensure that the company is utilizing the best technologies to drive internetleads and sales.
The individual who accepts the role will report directly to theGeneral Sales Manager.
- At least 2 years experience in business development
- Strong leadership skills
- Process driven and customer focused
